Rebecca Cooper

Rebecca Cooper

Rebecca Cooper has been a bookkeeper for the past 25 years.  She started A-Z Business Solutions, Inc. when she determined that her ability to help her employer prosper and succeed was one that could be shared with small businesses everywhere.

Working with many different types of businesses in the past has given her a broad level of experience with the vast variety of needs of a small business.   She has significant experience in both the construction and retail industries and specializes in assisting insurance agencies. Whether your business needs accrual, cash or cost accounting, Rebecca's working knowledge in all three can help you identify issues that may be holding your company back!   Over the years, she has fine tuned  her ability to read P&Ls and other financial statements in order to identify any issues quickly and accurately.  Rebecca's true gifts, however, lie in Process and Procedural, and Time Management.  She shares these talents with all of her clients to streamline both internal and external procedures for cost
effectiveness and productivity.

Rebecca now uses the skills she's acquired over the years for all business plans, projections, productivity and time management to facilitate the success of all the clients she meets.  Rebecca currently serves as Managing Director of eWomen's Network.  She is also a member of NAPW, National Association of Professional Women.

Kimberly Ferguson

Kimberly Ferguson is the Chief Operating Officer at A-Z Business Solutions, Inc. and oversees the daily operations for all of our Insurance Agencies and Small Businesses, nationwide. Kimberly joined our organization in 2013. She quickly learned and assimilated our own procedures while developing a thorough Operating Manual to better standardize our processes and to ensure the utmost quality of services for our clients. One of her recent accomplishments was the development of a more efficient and accurate system to update and track our client’s cash flow, which now enables us to keep each client readily informed of their financial status and progress. Kimberly’s exceptional organizational and planning skills have been integral in honing and refining our processes and procedures for our Insurance Agent/Broker and Small Business Teams alike. It is these qualities that enable our clients to focus on the growth and leadership of their businesses with the complete peace of mind that their accounting and administrative tasks are being handled professionally and accurately. Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Science and is a licensed pilot. She is also our Resident QuickBooks-Certified ProAdvisor and a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.

Matthew Cooper

Matthew Cooper is the Small Business Profit Coach at A-Z Business Solutions, Inc. He specializes in assisting small businesses with the potential to help them grow and cultivate their own success. Matthew began his leadership journey in the military where he served eight years in the Navy as a Corpsman. After his time in the military, he spent the next few years in the manufacturing world as a supervisor, using his exceptional problem solving skills to assist various departments. In 2016, he joined the family at A-Z Business Solutions, Inc. Matthew strives daily to leave a positive mark on the community by helping small businesses to move forward and flourish thereby diversifying the economic structure around the area, and directly impacting the lives of many others.

Shannon Yuede

Shannon Yuede is the Quality Assurance Officer for our Insurance Division and QuickBooks trainer within A-Z Business Solutions Inc. She is responsible for maintaining the quality and accuracy of our QuickBooks files. In addition, she also ensures that all of the files are completed in a timely manner to create financial statements and hand them off to CPAs for further completion of tax filings. Shannon also consistently works to improve the quality of our services. Throughout the year, Shannon will reach out to each client to ensure that their needs are being met and issues are addressed. Shannon has been with our organization since December of 2012, and has worked in the field of bookkeeping/accounting for over 16 years. Our clients appreciate her experience, ability to communicate, show compassion, and her pleasant nature.

Joe Weinhold

Joe Weinhold is the Quality Assurance Officer for our Small Business Division. He ensures the quality and accuracy of our services, as well as the satisfaction of our clients for a diverse client base consisting of construction, landscaping, hair salons, law firms and many more. Joe became a part of our organization in January of 2013 while attending Hickey College, where he majored in Accounting. He has since obtained a Bachelor’s Degree there, achieving it in the winter of 2014. As a member of the Small Business Team, Joe has gained a unique ability to adapt to each company's strategy and goals. Clients love Joe's flexibility, as well as his thoughtful nature and dedication to meeting their goals and needs.

Kelsey Beckering

Kelsey Beckering is the Payroll and QuickBooks Specialist for
A-Z Business Solutions Inc. She is currently working in both the Small Business and Insurance Divisions. One of Kelsey’s many exceptional qualities is her ability to move between clients and tasks seamlessly without ever missing a beat! Kelsey started at
A-Z in September of 2015, and was brought on because of her gentle, yet very honest demeanor. As a receptionist, she was able to complete her many responsibilities in such a timely fashion that she was able to take on additional bookkeeping tasks. Kelsey’s knowledge continued to grow over the months, and in February of 2016, she was moved into a bookkeeping position. Her attention to detail and organizational skills have allowed her to accurately and efficiently process payroll and track expenses for our small businesses and insurance agents. Clients love her outgoing personality and her impressive ability to adapt to the needs of each individual and small business alike.
